Veloris launched in 2026. Client case studies are in progress — we publish them when the results are real, not when they're polished.
In the meantime, below is the track record that founded this agency: the frameworks and systems built at Amazon Prime and Amazon Real Estate Investments — at a scale most consultants never touch.
The problem. Daily specials were rewritten by hand on the website every morning. Margin drift on individual dishes went unnoticed until month-end close. Wine list updates required manual PDF rebuilds.
What we built. Toast POS integration that syncs specials, menu, and wine list to the live site automatically. Per-dish margin-bleed detection that surfaces cost creep before it eats the P&L. An admin dashboard the operator actually opens.
Stack. Toast API, Vercel, Supabase, GitHub Actions for scheduled syncs.
The problem. Sourcing fix-and-flip deals across two markets relied on agents pulling MLS lists, hand-checking tax records, and rebuilding spreadsheets per property. By the time a property was underwritten, the wholesaler had moved on.
What we built. A multi-source ingestion pipeline that merges ATTOM property data, tax-delinquent distress feeds, and live comparable sales into one underwriting view. Deals are auto-scored, ranked, and flagged before a human opens a spreadsheet. Same playbook runs across both markets off one engine.
Stack. ATTOM API, Supabase, Vercel cron, Next.js dashboard with deterministic deal scoring.
Before founding Veloris, Edgar spent 4+ years inside Amazon building the frameworks, financial systems, and automation tools that shaped Prime membership globally and guided a $4B+ logistics investment program. These results are the foundation this agency is built on.
